Fees for our services will be communicated to you before the commencement of any dispute resolution process. Payment terms and conditions will be specified in the service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all case-related information and communications, in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards. All parties involved in dispute resolution processes are expected to maintain confidentiality as well.

Limitation of Liability

GAMC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
