Transforming Justice through Technology
The Global Arbitration and Mediation Council (GAMC) provides comprehensive Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) services, leveraging technology to deliver fast, accessible, and cost-effective justice. As the digital economy expands, ODR has emerged as an essential mechanism for resolving disputes efficiently, free from the constraints of traditional proceedings.
Online Dispute Resolution is a technology-driven process that facilitates dispute resolution through digital platforms and the internet. ODR combines traditional Alternative Dispute Resolution methods with seamless Digital Arbitration and Hybrid Arbitration capabilities, enabling parties to resolve disputes remotely while maintaining flexibility in their choice of proceedings. GAMC enables parties to join arbitration virtually and offers the flexibility of hybrid arbitration, allowing participants to choose fully online proceedings or a blend of in-person and virtual sessions tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.
ODR leverages cutting-edge technology to make dispute resolution accessible, efficient, and secure. Our platform enables virtual hearings, digital document management, and real-time collaboration from anywhere in the world.
ODR removes geographical barriers, enabling parties worldwide to resolve disputes without travel requirements. Participants can engage from anywhere at convenient times, making justice accessible globally.
By eliminating travel expenses and venue rentals, ODR provides affordable dispute resolution. This cost efficiency makes justice accessible to individuals and businesses of all sizes.
ODR procedures resolve disputes substantially faster than traditional litigation, with most cases settled within weeks rather than months or years. Streamlined digital processes eliminate scheduling delays and facilitate rapid document exchanges.
GAMC tailors ODR processes to specific dispute needs, accommodating consumer disputes, e-commerce conflicts, business disagreements, employment matters, financial services disputes, insurance claims, and international commercial disputes.
Unlike public court proceedings, GAMC's ODR platform provides a private environment with robust security measures, including end-to-end encryption, secure cloud storage, multi-factor authentication, and data anonymization.
